New Name and Pot Of Cheese

queenaliceofspadesI never went through that 'change my handle every 5 minutes' phase when I was younger, so I guess I'm doing it now?

Among others. I have a gmail account with the same name as this dw account, but I doubt I'll check it much. (I hate having to log in and out, or open a different browser just to check mail. What a pain!) I'm considering trying to port all my yahoo stuff to a different company entirely. I've had that account for ELEVEN YEARS. geez. I wouldn't delete it or anything, it's just I'd like to move on to something else. I don't know of many other email possibilties, though. Hmmm. *researches*
Also, I don't want to give lj money, so I'm waffling on whether I want to make a new account or just leave that name and continue xposting. I'm thinking I'll just leave it alone. It's my past, 9 years of it, and I've used that handle for even longer (since 8th grade, yikes.)
Woohoo, identity shift.
I made mac and cheese last night. And not the box sort either!
I made THIS.
There's nearly $20 worth of cheese in that bowl.
oh gog, the gouda was so fucking good.
The toppings! Chopped sage, parmesan, and crushed croutons.
I tossed in some salt, pepper, and hots :D OM NOM NOM, POT OF MELTED CHEEEEEESE.
Yessss, I was cooking at quarter to ten. I didn't even start eating until after 10.30. The van's registration expired the end of August, and the walk to and from the grocery store was waaaaay longer than I anticipated.
ALMOST THERE. Just the baking left to go!
FINALLY. Hnnng, looks so goooood, and the smoked gouda smell is killing me!
THERE WERE A LOT OF LEFT OVERS.
It may have cost an arm and a leg, but it'll probably last me all week, and still taste pretty damn awesome :D
