Mom had some people asking her what I wanted for Christmas, and all I could come up with was I needed a new coat, a few new pairs of scrubs, and anything anyone felt like pulling off my amazon wishlist.
Aunt Barbara sent me a Land's End gift certificate for the coat, and nana sent me two pairs of scrubs (comfy ones! Yay! They're PURPLE.) Yay! Everything I needed!
In November mom bought me a nice set of interview clothes, so I wasn't expecting her to send me a package, but send one she did! And it had purple, fuzzy socks! More yays! And on the back of the card there was a NEW TOE RING.
This past summer the toe ring I'd had since I was in middle school broke, and I was SO SAD. Mom had bought it for me, so I didn't really just want to go out and replace it with whatever. Then this October mom took a vacation in Florida and found me a new one! And it's cute! And there's still an indent on my toe. It fits snugly in that indent. SO HAPPY.
Awww, I love my mom so.
